Drew first attended Clarkson College in Potsdam, NY in August of 1978, back in the days of OS/360 and ROSCOE. He departed after the Fall 1980 semester and returned in Fall 1985 for two more years. Clarkson University got rid of him for good with a Computer Science Degree in 1989.

Drew is proprietor, lead programmer and chief bottle washer for Kendra Electronic Wonderworks, which produces UUPC/extended. UUPC/extended provides UUCP protocol connectivity between Personal Computers and other systems, including both other PCs and UNIX systems.
